Sales & Marketing Stage - full time

The role and responsibilities for this position include leads and opportunities generation, account relationship for new customers, activities related to exhibition organizations. The scope of this position is worldwide.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • You will execute detailed account strategies and marketing plans that identify new business using social web tools like linked-in, skype and forums/web sites.
  • You will meet or exceed leads and opportunities generation goals.
  • You will provide commercial and marketing reporting, by analyzing digital and market data for the realization of summary reports.
  • You provide support for updating the content and management of new media such as website and digital.
  • You will collaborate in the direct marketing campaigns through newsletter.
  • You will maintain a close working relationship with network operation center (NOC) and engineering department.


Desired Skills and Experience
We are seeking somebody Degree educated without work experience that want to start a career in Marketing and Sales, preferably in Telecommunications sector, and is eager to learn the fundaments of the role in a very exciting environment with people that own a strong know-how.

The Candidate has a good knowledge of computer tools and with a passion for the web and social networks. You will possess very fluent written and spoken English, Spanish and Italian. Portuguese, French and Arabic are welcome.

The internship will last six-monthly and monthly expenses will be refunded. A previous internship experience in a similar job would be an advantage.

Yachting VSAT Account Manager in Europe

iSealite, an iSeaGlobal brand for providing high speed Satellite connectivity to the luxury yachting sector, is searching for a Yachting VSAT Account Manager in Europe, sales experience in luxury Yachting chartering, mainly acquired in yachting management companies. We are seeking a sales professional that has successfully prospected, developed and maintained accounts in a selling environment.

  • Business development of specific targeted prospects.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with property managers.
Duties include:
  • Represent iSea Global entire product portfolio with focus on yachting management companies in Mediterranean, UK and North Europe, Middle East and Caribbean.
  • To approach the main yachting management companies in order to promote iSealite Vsat solutions by iSeaglobal.
  • Constantly maintaining a solid understanding of all major sectors and applications.
  • Knowledge of VSAT and Inmarsat products and services (such as TDMA, SCPC, iDirect, VOIP), as well as how to overcome objections with knowledge of competitor services/costs.
  • Create, manage and operate a funnel of leads and opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities and take action to build strategic relationships that will bring in sales over an expanded sales cycle with C-suite level executives.
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering and other sales resources to complete product configurations and coverages.
  • Identify and understand issues, problems, as well as opportunities that effect ISea Global business and developing an effective strategic plan to overcome these with viable solutions.
  • Manage the sales cycle, identifies prospects and close new business, with the primary goal of increasing iSea Global's revenue and market share.
  • Work with key prospects and clients to learn about their business challenges and initiatives with the goal of converting these to new iSea Global customers. Follow up on sales leads on a timely basis.
  • Achieve targeted sales numbers, budget forecast accurately and develop a sales projection model that delivers acceptable sales quotas.
  • Prepare, analyzes, and maintain records of sales goals. Ensure accurate forecasts of annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue and unit numbers through analysis of the data.
  • Follow the sales methodology and process for qualifying and closing accounts.
  • Strategically manage and build a client database.
  • Build and establish a targeted prospect list for future business (using client profiling, vertical market data analysis and other techniques).
  • Provide sales updates and reports on a regular basis to the iSea Global senior Director.
  • Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
  • Minimum of 4 years in luxury Yachting managemente company in a sales role.
  • In deep European yachting charter market knowledge.
  • Excellent communicator (both written and oral) and excellent presentation skills.
  • Negotiator with the ability track record of constantly progressing within a sales organization and comfortable managing a 90/120 day sales process/funnel.
  • To persuade others and comfortable with talking technology with a CIO/CTO, as well as cost with a CFO/CEO.
  • Previous prospect generation" experience with either a new business in the market place or working in an expanding business market.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Comfortable working with small business executive (C-level experience is a must).
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed sales goals / quota on a regular basis.
  • High level of general business knowledge/business savvy.
  • Ability to work independently and think on one's feet on a daily basis. Enjoy to control one's results.
  • Creative and innovative with an ability to think and solve problems strategically.
  • Experience establishing long-term relationships with C-level executives.

El ingeniero contratado trabajara remotamente conectandose via VPN al Hub de nuestro  Telepuerto y puede residir en cualquier país de Centro o Sudamérica.
 
 
Requisitos:
  • Conocimiento del uplink satelital y al menos 3 años de experiencia en Telecomunicaciones satelitares. 
  • Conocimiento de la plataforma IDX iDirect.
  • Experiencia en el uso de analizadores de espectro, para realizer apuntamientos y chequeos de las portadoras del satelite.
  • Experiencia comprobada  en solución de problemas VSAT (problemas tipicos de las remotas relacionados con apuntamientos incorrectos o hardware inadecuado (BUC, LNB, Cables, etc....)
  • Conocimiento basico del protocolo TCP-IP y de networking
  • Buen conocimiento del idioma inglés y opcionalmente, del portugués.
